Welcome to 11 Charlie Scale Modeling. These Terms govern your use of 11charliescalemodeling.com and purchases from our store. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our applicable store policies.

1. Orders and Payment

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement and provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information. You must be authorized to use the payment method provided.

Prices, currency, shipping charges, and applicable taxes collected by us are displayed before checkout. Prices and availability may change for future purchases.

We may decline or cancel orders because of unavailable products, suspected fraud, or significant listing errors, as permitted by law. If this happens after payment, we will notify you and promptly refund the canceled items and associated charges. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement.

2. Product Descriptions and Use

Please review each listing carefully for the scale, dimensions, included components, and whether you are purchasing a physical item or a digital file.

Unless otherwise stated, physical models are supplied unpainted and may require cleanup, assembly, and preparation. Minor variations in resin color, finish, or printing appearance may occur, but products must still match their descriptions.

Our models are intended for hobby and display use, not as children’s toys. Small parts and delicate components require careful handling. Follow appropriate safety instructions when sanding, assembling, painting, or using hobby tools and materials.

3. Processing and Shipping

Processing and shipping information is provided in product listings or at checkout. Carrier delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.

If we cannot ship within the stated time, we will notify you and offer the choice of accepting a revised shipping date or canceling for a prompt refund, as required by law.

Please contact us about missing or damaged shipments so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. International customers are responsible for applicable import duties and customs charges that were not collected at checkout.

4. Returns and Refunds

Our Refund Policy governs returns, replacements, and refunds. For voluntary returns, contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number. Items must be unused, unpainted, unassembled, and in their original packaging.

Contact us for approval and instructions before returning anything. Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns; original shipping charges are nonrefundable for those returns.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover necessary return shipping.

Approved return refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after any required return is received and inspected. Legally required refunds will be processed within the applicable legal deadline.

5. Custom Orders and Digital Files

Personalized or custom-made items and downloaded STL files are not eligible for change-of-mind refunds. Contact us if a product is defective or a file does not work as described.

Unless a separate license expressly permits otherwise, digital files are licensed for your personal, noncommercial use. You may not share, upload, redistribute, or resell the files, or sell prints made from them, without written permission. Any separate license supplied with a product controls its permitted uses.

6. Intellectual Property and Website Use

Our original designs, photographs, text, branding, and digital files remain the property of 11 Charlie Scale Modeling or their respective owners. Purchasing a product does not transfer its copyright.

You may not use our website for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorized access, or interference with its operation. These Terms do not restrict uses permitted by applicable law.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and disclosed.

8. Responsibility and Consumer Rights

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, assembly, modification, or misuse, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights, including applicable cancellation rights, warranties, or remedies for defective goods. Those rights take priority over conflicting store terms, including the voluntary 5-day return window.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with an updated date. Changes apply going forward and will not retroactively reduce your rights for an existing order. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required by law.
