11 Charlie Scale Modeling — Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. To request a return, please contact us through our website’s Contact page within 5 days of delivery, including your order number.

Returned items must be unused, unpainted, unassembled, and in their original packaging. Please contact us for approval and instructions before sending anything back. Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns; original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos. We’ll arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover any necessary return shipping. Damage caused during assembly, painting, modification, or handling after delivery is not covered.

Custom orders and digital downloads: Personalized or custom-made items and downloaded STL files are not eligible for change-of-mind refunds. Please contact us if an item is defective or a file does not work as described.

Refund processing: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after any required return is received and inspected. Your bank may need additional time to post the refund.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
